Nomination Application Checklist
Applicants
The Nomination Application has been completed and supporting documentation requested as part of the application has been provided in electronic form including:
- A copy of the Corridor Management Plan for the byway
- An Official Route Map that complies with the specifications included in Section 3 of the application described above
- Letters of Support
- Images as detailed in Sections 1 and 5 of the application described above
The Nomination Application has been submitted electronically at http://www.bywaysonline.org/nominations/application/. As your final step, please look for confirmation noting that your application has been received.
A signed, hard copy of the Nomination Application has been submitted to the State or Indian tribe byway coordinator or Federal land management agency contact. Again, please note that both Indian tribes and Federal land management agencies may submit Nomination Applications directly to the FHWA Division Office or through the State.
