Questions Added to What We've Heard From You

The “What We’ve Heard from You” article, http://www.bywaysonline.org/grants/articles/73646, has been updated to reflect the questions that were answered during the Grant Outreach calls conducted by the Federal Highway Administration in January. During these calls, all of the eight eligibility categories were addressed, as well as the process of writing a good application.
