On February 6, 2008, the National Scenic Byways Program published a notice in the Federal Register (Volume 73, Number 25) regarding a change to and extension of our currently approved information collection. Included in this request are our estimates of the average burden hours associated with the grants and nomination processes. The FHWA invites public comments on these estimates and our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) approval for changes to a currently approved information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
